If you’re not already familiar with Smihub, it’s an app that allows you to view Instagram stories anonymously on your desktop, laptop, or mobile device. The app has seen widespread adoption since its launch in 2018, but the inevitable question on everyone’s mind is what will it look like in 2022? That’s why we created this Smihub 2022 roadmap! We asked our resident futurist, Lauren, about what she sees for the future of Smihub and she was kind enough to share her thoughts with us!

What is Smihub?

A new app has come out that is a little bit different than the others. Smihub allows users to see any Instagram story they would like, but anonymously. This means that not only can you see any story you want, but the person who posted the story will not know your screen name, and you can’t interact with them either. You can’t like or comment on stories, or even see who is following them- it’s all about watching anonymously. To use this app, you’ll need to have an account set up (this doesn’t require any personal information) before downloading. Once downloaded, it should show up as an icon of a gold heart at the bottom of your phone. Click on it and then click Login in order to log into the service using just your phone number. Next, search for anyone by their Instagram username or email address before selecting their profile from the list of options that appears. Then all you have to do is click Start and voila!

Why Use a VPN to Access Instastories?

If you live in a country where the government has interfered with the internet or blocked certain sites, then your IP address will show as originating from that country. This means when you try and log into an account such as instagram, twitter, facebook etc., it will show up as being from that country. If you want to be able to use these sites anonymously, you need a VPN service. 

A VPN service protects your privacy by masking your real IP address with a fake one. This means that even if someone knows what your real IP is, they won’t be able to trace it back to you because it will appear as coming from another country.

Signing Up For an Account

Signing up for a Smihub account is quick and easy. Simply click the Sign-Up button on their home page, enter your email address, and creates a password that you’ll remember. You can also choose whether you want to share your location with other users. The next step is entering your phone number so they can send you a verification code by text message. Once you’ve completed that, you’re ready to start browsing stories anonymously! To view someone’s story without them knowing, just click on their username on the homepage or type their username into the search bar at the top of the page. As soon as it’s loaded, all you have to do is hit play and enjoy!

Adding Friends/Followers on Smihub

If you want more people to follow you on Smihub, the best way is by adding friends. The app has an Add Friends button that appears at the bottom of your home feed. If someone already follows you, simply click on their username and then type add friend. You can also find friends by typing their usernames into the search bar. To add a follower who doesn’t currently follow you, first visit their profile page and tap Follow from the menu at the top. To view Instagram stories anonymously on Smihub in 2022 just make sure they’re following you.

Sharing Pictures/Stories On Social Media Sites

One of the most fun things about following your favorite celebrities on social media is being able to see pictures and stories from their everyday life. But what happens when you want to share a picture or story without it showing up on your timeline? Well, there are ways that you can share anonymously so others don’t know who shared the pic! One way is using a service like Smihub. It’s an app that lets you view people’s stories without them knowing who viewed them. You can even set up automatic notifications so that whenever they post a new picture or story, you’ll get a notification!
