Get clicking: A step-by-step guide to logging into PointClickCare in 2022

If you have used the PointClickCare online healthcare platform in the past, chances are you have been asked to download an app to complete your next task. In 2022, that’s still the case – but instead of downloading an app on your phone or desktop computer, you’ll need to log into your account and click on one of several blue login buttons at the top of the screen. From there, you’ll enter your user ID number (which will be the same as your PointClickCare ID), followed by your password.

What is PCC?

PointClickCare is a national healthcare company with the goal of bringing convenience and affordability back to healthcare. Founded by Roger Lebenson, who was working on ways to streamline care after his father’s death, PointClickCare was created to provide the American public with high quality and cost effective services for basic health needs. Â It does this by having online services that can be accessed at any time, anywhere. Â These services include eVisits, pharmacy orders, immunizations and flu shots, wellness visits and screenings. Â With one login you can access all your care anytime you need it! And even if you don’t have health insurance, don’t worry!

Accessing PCC

PointClickCare is a relatively new care management solution that gives healthcare providers a way to manage their patients remotely. New for 2020, point click care can log-in guide has begun rolling out new features and there are plenty of great improvements!

To log in, follow these steps: 1) Go to the PCC website, 2) Click Log In on the top right corner of the screen, 3) Select your provider type and name from the drop-down menus provided and click Enter, 4) Enter your password and submit. Done!

Create an account on PCC

First, visit the Application tab and press New Account. On the following page, enter your email address and create a password. You can also add an alternative email address, user name, and other contact information. Once you submit this information, an activation link will be sent to your inbox. Click on the link that appears in your inbox and your account will be created!

Manage your account information and documents on PCC

PointClickCare, which is currently using Office365 as its base technology, will be migrating to Google. Once the migration has completed, all users will need to log back in with a new account. This includes accessing your account information and documents from PCC’s archived files on Google Drive. We’ll break it down for you below so you can access your important documents in just three easy steps. Point one Log in to the email account that was linked to your PointClickCare account when you first signed up (or create a new Gmail address). Set up your health record

Setting up your PointClickCare health record is quick and easy! First, you’ll need to create an account. To do this, open the application and enter your email address, password and full name. Then choose a username of your choice. Next enter your date of birth, then provide your address including city/state and zip code. Finally upload a photo of yourself that meets the requirements—a recent photo with a clear headshot where you’re facing forward with no sunglasses or hat on. You can use your phone’s camera or one from a digital camera. Once you’ve uploaded the photo, just click I’m done! And voila! You’re now ready to log in and start using PointClickCare’s tools.

Search for providers and pharmacies you can use on PCC

With over 300,000 providers and pharmacies now on PCC, it can be daunting to find the one you need. No worries, we’re here to help. Start your search by selecting from our four main navigation options at the top of the page: People, Places, Providers & Pharmacies. If you’re looking for an individual person or business (e.g., a dentist), search for their name or type of service (e.g., dental). You’ll be redirected to a list of people with that information listed – take note of the provider or pharmacy names next to their listing as these will provide you with contact information and any other pertinent details such as payment types accepted or insurance plans they work with!

Logging in to care using the provider portal

You need to make an account by going through the process of clicking on sign up on the left hand side and filling out the form. Then enter your password, email, and phone number. Click Create Account. From there you can log in using your new credentials. If you forgot your password, click on forgot my password. You will be prompted to create a temporary password that can be accessed later with a pin number you set yourself (3 letters/numbers). Enter it and proceed. Make sure you remember this temp pin because once it expires no one will be able to reset it for you!
