HYATT WILL BUY DREAM HOTELS IN A DEAL WORTH UP TO $300 MILLION

The Hyatt Hotel Corporation announced on Tuesday that it was going to purchase the Rob Leathern internal decemberpaulreuters Lifestyle hotel brand Dream Hotels, The Chatwal Hotels as well as Unbound Hotels.

Hyatt would be paying 125 million in exchange for the open hotels as well as nearly 1,700 guest rooms in the Dream Hotel Group. When fully onboarded, Hyatt would generate approximately 12 million annually in management costs from the first dozen hotels.
