How to Log into My HR at Kaiser Permanente in 2022

If you’re an employee at Kaiser Permanente, you’ll likely be able to access your benefits and other HR-related resources through the company’s My HR portal on the web or through its mobile app . Before using either of these tools, it’s important that you have a username and password to access them. Once you create this login information, you can also save it in your browser and use it to automatically log into your Kaiser Permanente account in the future. Here’s how to do all of that in 2022!

Click on the Login Here button

I want to log into my HR account on Kaiser Permanente for the first time, which is why I’ve come to this page. I enter the username that the site gives me and then the password and hit log in.

It takes a few seconds before it tells me that my credentials are incorrect. After a few more attempts with no luck, I decided to call customer service.

I get through right away, and they tell me that my login credentials are correct but I’m not authorized on this computer yet. That’s alright – they helpfully provide me with a link so that I can do just that: authorize myself on this computer. But when I click it, nothing happens and it goes back to the page where you enter your login credentials again. Now what?

Enter your username and password

To login to myHR, I enter my username and password. The following screen appears: In this screen, I have the following options: to view my benefits summary, edit my information, change my password, set up time off requests and vacation requests, review and update emergency contacts, or access the portal store. To complete any of these tasks, I click on the corresponding button. For example, if I want to access the portal store (which is where I can purchase items such as sweatshirts or hats) then I select that button.

Click on your photo (i.e. profile picture)

To log in, click on the Kaiser Permanente icon on the top left-hand side of your screen. Once you enter your employee ID and password, you will be prompted to enter additional information such as your phone number and a security code. This is important because it ensures that no one else can log in with your account information. You can also choose to set up an automatic login through text message or email notification.

Click on Forgot Password?

To reset your password, enter the email address you used when you created your account. If this doesn’t work, please contact us. To change your username and/or password click on Forgot Password?: Enter the email address you use to log in and click Send: Your username will be sent to this email account. Click on Request a New Password. Enter a new username (must be between 5-30 characters), and a new password that is 8-12 characters long, and enters it again for verification. You will receive an e-mail message with instructions on how to log back in using your new information

Type in your email address and click on Reset Password

I want to log into my Kaiser Permanente account, but I can’t remember my password. It’s been a few years since I’ve logged in, and I’m not sure if it’s the same email address that I used before.

Luckily, they have a reset password option!

I click on Reset Password and the next page pops up. There are five fields: username, email, phone number, security question, and answer. The first three are self-explanatory: username is your KPN name; email is the email address you originally signed up with; phone number is what number you’ll be calling from when you call support.

Complete the security check

Select the button labeled Security Check. This will take you to a new page with a scrolling list of numbers. Press the number that corresponds with the last four digits of your ID number and enter it on the next page. Next, press the number that corresponds with your birth year and enter it on the next page. Finally, press any other numbers that correspond with your birth date and enter them on the final page. You will then be taken back to where you started, but this time there should be an option for HR as opposed to Healthcare Data. Select this option. On this screen, select either Logout or Sign In, depending on whether you want to sign out or log in.

Check your email for the reset link

I was surprised when I saw how much the interface has changed. The home screen is now a full-screen mosaic of your work and health data with interactive charts, graphs, and tables. It still looks like the future, but it’s also very accessible. I’m able to click on any tile and get more detailed information about my activity, weight or diet so that I can explore all of my options for improving my health. This new interface provides me with a better overview of what’s going on inside my body and helps me see how small changes could make a big difference.

Return to the login page and enter your new password

Type your username, then enter the new password that you created. Now you’re logged in!

Scroll down and select Update Profile from the menu on the left. Fill out your contact information and fill out any other relevant information such as your birthday and social security number. Scroll down on this page until you see a box marked Employment Information. Select Non-Employee from the drop-down menu, then type N/A for both employer and occupation.

Scroll down on this page until you see a box marked Benefits. Click on the link for Health Care Benefits below it.
