He is often scared by odd things that happen within his house, but Courage is always against them to defend his family. While he’s scared Courage has an incredible heart and always stands by Muriel when she’s in need of him.
He’s also extremely loyal to Eustace even though the farmer may be cruel to him from time to time. Courage might not be the most courageous dog but he’s certainly among the top beloved characters on television.
4.) Ren from Ren & Stimpy
Ren is a sexy cartoon character, but everybody enjoys it. He’s small, rat-like, and has a strange hairless tail. Even with his unflattering appearance, Ren is a lovable and funny character. Ren is always in problems and his smiles are priceless.
Ren has been voiced by famous comic John Kricfalusi, who also developed the show. Ren’s voice is loud and nasally, which enhances the character’s appeal. One thing that makes Ren so lovable is his connection with Stimpy. Both are complete opposites, yet they’re in each other’s corner when it matters.

GIR is among the ugly cartoon characters there. He has a large head, beady eyes as well as a strange shapely body. Yet, despite all that, GIR is one of the most beloved characters from Invader Zim.
